Order fulfillment policy at TPMS -KSA


Order processing and preparation time:

Within 1-2 business days of order confirmation (depending on payment time and product availability in stock).



Shipping and delivery:

Shipping is carried out by reliable companies (SBL, SMSA, Redbox, FedEx, and others, depending on the region).



Expected delivery time within the Kingdom:

2-5 business days after shipment (may take longer in remote areas or during peak times/holidays).



How to check your order status:

After the order is processed and the shipping policy is issued, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp or email.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your order. If the tracking number does not appear, you can contact customer service and request your tracking number.



How can I cancel my order?

The customer has the right to cancel the order only during the pre-shipping stage of completing the order. Please note that the amount will be refunded ↪️ to the same payment method used in the order. If the shipping policy has been issued, the actual shipping fees will be deducted, which are 19 riyals for SMSA, Sabil, and Redbox.

If payment was made by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, 3% will be deducted, plus 3.45% VAT and payment gateway fees charged by service providers. If payment was made by Mada card, 2% will be deducted, plus 2.30% VAT and payment gateway fees, which are non-refundable fees charged by service providers.

When using Tamara or Taby, they impose non-refundable fees that will be deducted from the refunded amount and calculated as follows: 7% (8.039% with tax) plus 1.5 Saudi riyals (1.73 riyals with tax) of the order value.

In case of payment in cash, bank transfer, or transfer to an electronic wallet, there are no fees and the full amount will be refunded.



Important notes:

Prepaid orders (Mada/transfer/card) are processed faster.

If the product is not available, we will notify you immediately for replacement or refund.
